| Utilizing cooperative procurement sanctions and through a competitive bidding process we selected a suite of planning firms that exceeded our evaluation criteria. Professional planning services available include land use planning, transportation planning, comprehensive planning, parks and trails planning, land development, regulations, economic development tools, urban design, site planning, special area studies, feasibility studies, public involvement and visioning. And this is just the beginning of the list. | ||
| PlanSource qualified 39 planning firms in our freshman year, giving local governments access to top local, national and international planning firms while providing competitive rates and expediting the procurement process. PlanSource is available to more than 1,400 local governments, districts, agencies, authorities and qualifying non-profit corporations in Texas and throughout the United States. |
