Edminster Hinshaw Russ and Associates, Inc. (EHRA) is a civil engineering, land planning, surveying, landscape architecture and construction management firm. Founded in 1936, EHRA has over 115 employees, including licensed professional engineers, engineers-in-training, registered professional surveyors, planners, landscape designers and technicians.

EHRA's Planning and Landscape Architecture Department specializes in comprehensive planning, downtown revitalization plans, special district creation, policy development, public involvement, graphics, multi-media presentations as well as urban development conceptualization and design. EHRA planners have a broad base of experience and bring over 60 years of combined experience working on all facets of public sector planning projects.

EHRA uses a multi-discipline project approach which includes planning, engineering, survey and constructability considerations to provide cost efficient planning services to local governments.
