RS&H became an employee-owned corporation in June 1990 and has excellent qualifications, strong, multi-disciplinary capabilities, and professional reputation to meet the needs of its public and private sector clients.

RS&H is organized into five client-focused programs, each with a talented staff of planners, engineers, architects, environmental scientists, communications/technology specialists, and support staff. RS&H employs over 830 in the following five programs:

RS&H has 32 offices with corporate in Jacksonville, Florida. In Texas, RS&H has offices in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, and Austin.

RS&H partners with cities, counties, state agencies, private sector,
non-profit organizations and institutions throughout the US to plan/develop neighborhoods, communities, and regions to achieve their goals.

RS&H provides planning for state, regional and local governments and offers community, transportation, transit planning, environmental sciences, engineering and architectural design, and construction services throughout 18 states.
